Write down three specific times in the past year when you pushed through resistance and did something you didn't want to do.

Be specific:

  • What was the situation?

  • What was resistance telling you?

  • What did you do anyway?

  • What was the result?

Circle the results. Really look at them.

That's your proof. You don't lose to resistance. You only lose when you forget you're in a fight.
