Resistance Is the Real Enemy
The stronger your momentum, the louder resistance screams.
THE 5 MINUTE DAILY
You thought getting started was the hardest part. You were wrong.
Last month, Jake finally started training for his first half marathon. First week? Amazing. He felt unstoppable. Week two? Still strong. Week three?

Your 5-Minute Resistance Hunt:
Right now, write down the #1 thing you've been resisting today. The thing you know you should do but keep avoiding.
That's resistance at work. It's not protecting you—it's imprisoning you.
Set a timer for 5 minutes. Start that thing. Imperfectly. Uncomfortably.
Don't finish it. Just start it.
Feel resistance panic as you move forward anyway.
